Description: Please join us this Saturday, August 27, for a discussion on health and nutrition. The breakfast will include samples of healthy foods, examples of food preparation, and an open and frank discussion on changing eating habits. Each one of us has had a family member or friend effected by diabetes or obesity, join us as we open a dialogue on how we can reverse this trend in our community. The educational breakfast will take place at Doneraki Restaurant located at 300 Gulfgate, Houston, TX 77087. The cost to attend the breakfast is $10.00 for current NHPO members and $20.00 for non members. The guest speaker is Anna Marie Guzman Protz, Owner and President of A.M.P. Insurance Agency & Consultancy, LLC.
